At Rosetta, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
To initiate a return, please contact us at : shoprosetta.help@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5β10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
